Meals
Please note that only continental breakfast is included
in the registration fee. All other meals are the responsibility
of the attendee.
Roommates
If you would like us to help you find a roomate, please contact
us or indicate so on your registration form.
Cancellation
Registration may be cancelled with in 14 business days
(January 13, 2011) for a full refund, minus a $100.00 administrative fee.
Thereafter, all cancellations from January 14 - January 26 2011, are subject to a $150.00 penalty and a $100.00 administration charge.
No refunds are offered after January 26, 2011.
Cancellations must be in writing and may be faxed to: (773) 296-9999.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if enrollment is insufficient.
