Cancellation
Registration may be cancelled with in 14 business days
(January 7, 2007) for a full refund, minus a $50.00 administrative
fee. Thereafter, all cancellations from January 8 - January
20, 2007, are subject to a $100.00 penalty and a $50.00
administration charge. No refunds are offered after January
20, 2007. Cancellations must be in writing
and may be faxed to: (773) 296-9999.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if enrollment
is insufficient.
