Accomodations
Once your receive your confirmation via e-mail, call the hotel to make your accomodations. Please note that the registration fee does not include your hotel stay.
Meals
A continental breakfast is included in the registration fee. All other meals are the responsibility of the attendee.
Roommates
If you would like us to help you find a roomate, please contact us or indicate so on your registration form.
Cancellation
Registrations may be cancelled by January 10, 2013 for a full refund, minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Thereafter, all cancellations from January 11 - January 23, 2013, are subject to a $150.00 penalty and a $100.00 administration charge.
No refunds are offered after January 23, 2013.
Cancellations must be in writing and may be faxed to: (773) 296-9999.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if enrollment is insufficient.
