Meals
A continental breakfast is included in your hotel reservation. All other meals are the responsibility of the attendee.
Roommates
If you would like us to help you find a roommate, please contact us or indicate so on your registration form.
Cancellation
Registration may be cancelled within 30 business days for a full refund, minus a $100.00 administrative fee.
Thereafter, all cancellations after are subject to a $150.00 penalty and a $100.00 administration charge.
No refunds are offered within 30 days of the course.
Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to: (773) 348-2434, attention to Maria Pena.
We reserve the right to cancel the course if enrollment is insufficient.
